Turkey approves Georgian language teaching program in secondary schools

Turkey’s Education Ministry has approved a program for teaching Georgian language in the country’s secondary schools.

Turkey's Education Ministry has approved a program for teaching Georgian language in the country's secondary schools.

The program provides a 244-hour teaching program of the Georgian language for 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th grade students in each secondary school if 10 or more students have a desire to learn the Georgian language.
