Georgian Diaspora Investment Support Association works over 100 projects

The Georgian Diaspora Investment Support Association is working over 100 projects, the chairman of the association Giorgi Svanidze said during a meeting with the chairman of the Diaspora and Caucasus Issues Committee under the Georgian Parliament Gubaz Sanikidze and his first deputy Shalva Kiknavelidze, the parliament said Dec. 18.
During the meeting, the sides discussed the association's further plans.
Svanidze said that the simplification of visa regime is of great importance while working over the projects. This will attract more tourists to the country and facilitate the investment process for investors.
Sanikidze confirmed the political will of the country's authorities to take all necessary measures for new investments and compatriots' repatriation.
