Georgia, Azerbaijan to mull joint projects

Georgia and Azerbaijan will discuss the joint projects in the energy and transport spheres, Georgian Foreign Ministry spokesperson David Kereselidze said at a traditional briefing on Feb.16.
The discussions will be held during the visit of Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov to Tbilisi on Feb.19, according to Kereselidze.
He said that during the two-day visit, the Azerbaijani foreign minister is scheduled to meet Georgian President Giorgi Margvelashvili, Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili and Foreign Minister Tamar Beruchashvili.
Georgia attaches special importance to the visit of Azerbaijani foreign minister, said Kereselidze.
