Georgia imported 13,300 tons of oil and oil products, worth $3.7 million, from Azerbaijan in January 2016, Georgia's National Statistics Office has said in report.
The supply of these products during the mentioned period fell by 8.3 percent compared to January 2015, according to the report.
Oil and oil products imported from Azerbaijan in January 2016 shared 11.5 percent of Georgia's total imports of such products.
Georgia imported oil and oil products worth $32.3 million during January 2016.
In 2015, Georgia imported 280,980 tons of oil and oil products worth $137.53 million from Azerbaijan.
In January 2016, Georgia imported goods worth $49.5 million from Azerbaijan, which is two percent less than in January 2015.
