According to the mayor of the capital of Georgia, Kakha Kaladze, at the meeting of the city government, A-category taxi drivers will be using cheap loans, Trend reports with reference to apsny.ge.
As noted by Kakha Kaladze, due to taxi reforms, the voucher issuance program is going well.
“At this stage, a sufficient number of vouchers have been issued and several hundred of them have already been cashed," he said.
"Another issue that was identified at the meeting with the initiative group of taxi drivers is that their income is not taken into account anywhere, so it’s difficult for them to get a bank loan, installments, etc. In this regard, we had spoke with the banking sector and in the coming days, the taxi drivers will receive a proposal on preferential banking products, ” said Kaladze.
