New Deputy Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia appointed

Irakli Nadareishvili has been appointed Deputy Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia, Trend reports citing Georgian media outlets.

In his new position, Nadareishvili will oversee three structural units within the ministry including National Food Agency of Georgia, Georgian National Tourism Board and Georgian Innovation and Technology Agency.

The deputy minister will coordinate the Single Window process for companies and work with citizens who wish to participate in government-sponsored entrepreneurship programs.

Prior to being appointed deputy minister, Irakli Nadareishvili held various senior positions in the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia.

Irakli Nadareishvili studied at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University from 1993 to 1998 and received a bachelor's degree in international economic relations. He continued his studies at Oxford Brookes University in 2007-2008, where he received a master's degree in international real estate.

Irakli Nadareishvili is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors of the UK.
