Georgia has reported 359 new cases of coronavirus, 526 recoveries and six deaths in the past 24 hours, Trend reports via Georgian media.
Some 13,685 tests have been conducted around the country on the weekend, 7,795 of the 13,685 tests were rapid tests, while the remaining 5,890 were PCR tests.
The new 359 cases were recorded in:
Tbilisi - 202 cases
Adjara - 46 cases
Imereti - 19 cases
Kvemo Kartli - 14 cases
Shida Kartli - 14 cases
Guria - 9 cases
Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti - 40 cases
Kakheti - 5 cases
Mtskheta-Mtianeti - 7 cases
Samtskhe-Javakheti - 2 cases
Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti - 1 case.
The country has had 288,755 cases of coronavirus since February 26, 2020.
Some 277,829 of the 288,755 patients have recovered, while 3,883 have died from the virus.
Currently 7,017 individuals remain infected with COVID-19.
