(civil) - Batu Kutelia, the Georgia's Deputy Foreign Minister, was appointed as new Deputy Defense Minister on December 18.
The Defense Ministry reported on December 19 that Kutelia will be in charge of foreign relations and Euro-Atlantic integration issues, reports Trend.
Kutelia, ex-chief of intelligence service, was appointed as Deputy Foreign Minister in September, 2006.
