Coast guard delegation of Turkey to arrive in Georgia

( Prime-News ) - The Coast guard delegation of Turkey will arrive on a four-day official visit in Georgia on Monday.

Prime-News was told at the border Guard police that the delegation is headed by Jan Erenoghlu, Vice-Admiral. Vessel of the Turkish Border Guards' will sail up in Poti Port on May 28.

Within the frameworks of the visit joint maritime training-operations will be conducted applying techniques of the both sides. During the visit Georgian and Turkish Coast Guards' joint commission will meet and sign the protocol on co-operation.

Other cultural and sport measures are also planned.

Turkish delegation will meet with General-Lieutenant Badri Bitsadze, the Head of the MIA Border Police of Georgia and other officials.
