Explosion in Turkey’s university, servicemen killed (UPDATE 3)

11:15 (UTC+04:00) Three servicemen were killed following the explosion in Turkey’s Kayseri province, the Dogan news agency reported citing the sources in the country’s law enforcement agencies.
As reported, the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) terrorist group may stand behind the explosion.
Meanwhile, Turkey’s Radio and Television Supreme Council imposed a ban on the publication of news about the Kayseri explosion, according to Anadolu news agency.
10:52 (UTC+04:00) The explosion took place at 08:45 local time, near a bus with military personnel, the Dogan news agency reported.
A mined car drove up to the bus and exploded, according to eyewitnesses.
The IHA news agency reports several were killed in the explosion.
09:35 (UTC+04:00) An explosion occurred on the campus of the Erciyes University in Turkey’s province of Kayseri, TRT Haber reported Dec. 17.
The exact number of wounded people is not reported yet.
Rescue teams and ambulances were sent to the explosion site.
