Opposition rebels in Syria on Saturday released one of the 11 Lebanese Shiite pilgrims, captured in the northern province of Aleppo in May, Lebanese security sources said, reported dpa.
Hussein Ali Omar, 60, arrived in Turkey, and was due to fly to Lebanon later Saturday, according to the sources.
There were no details about the circumstances surrounding his release or the fate of other hostages.
