Israel will not open its crossing points into the Gaza Strip until Thursday afternoon, after closing them following the launch of a rocket into southern Israel from the salient late Tuesday night, dpa reported.
The Israeli military said Wednesday morning that the rocket caused neither damage or injuries.
The launching of the rocket continues a pattern of sporadic firings of mortars and missiles from the Strip since a ceasefire between Israel and the Gaza-based militias went into effect on June 19.
