Two Gazans shot dead near Israeli security fence: doctors
Israeli soldiers stationed near the fence dividing Israel from the Gaza Strip shot dead two Palestinians Sunday morning, Palestinian medicial officials and security sources said, dpa reported.
The Israeli army said it had no initial knowledge of any shooting incident along the Gaza border.
Mo'aweya Hassanein, the head of the Gaza emergency and ambulance services, told reporters that ambulances were sent to the area but still waiting an Israeli permission to approach the dead bodies.
It was not immediately clear whether the fatalities were civilians or militants.
