Israeli forces arrested 14 Palestinians off the coast of the Gaza Strip and in Israeli- occupied West Bank, Palestinian witnesses and security sources said Sunday.
The Israeli navy stopped a Palestinian fishing boat in the waters of southern Gaza Strip town of Rafah and ordered the four fishermen to swim towards the gunboat, sources said.
The incident took place at dawn on Sunday and the fishermen have not been released yet, the sources added. Israel restricts areas where the Palestinians are allowed to fish, Xinhua reported.
Meanwhile, the Israeli army detained 10 Palestinians in the West Bank during overnight raids in al-Ein refugee camp in Nablus, witnesses said.
There is no immediate confirmation of the incidents from Israel.
