The final result of the Israeli elections shows the block of right-wing and religious parties receiving a one-seat majority in the 120-seat parliament, Israel Radio reported Thursday, quoting data from Israel's Central Elections Committee, dpa reported.
Votes from soldiers, diplomats and prisoners, the last to be counted, resulted in an additional seat being awarded to the ultra-nationalist Jewish Home party, at the expense of the Arab Balad party.
The Central Elections Committee is due to release the official results later on Thursday.
