Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Thursday that Israel supports the U.S. fight against the Islamic State (IS) but hopes the fight would not strengthen Iran, the Ha'aretz daily reported.
Netanyahu made the comments in a speech at the International Institute for Counter-Terrorism on Thursday afternoon, less than a day after U.S. President Barack Obama called world nations to establish an alliance against the Islamic State (IS).
