( ForUm ) - President Viktor Yushchenko on Thursday met with Prime Minister Viktor Yanukovych and urged his government to spare no effort to hold this week's parliamentary elections in a transparent and fair manner, "with no violations and with a high degree of responsibility for the democratic will of the citizens," President's press service reports.
Speaking about massive falsification predicted by certain political forces, Yushchenko said: "The government must appreciate its high mission and responsibility to protect law and order and allow no vote rigging."
