The order book for shares and Global Depository Receipts in Uralkali has been subscribed at $3.5, the upper boundary of the announced price range, on the first day of the road show for the company's initial public offering, a source familiar with the placement told Interfax .
"The bid book was signed up yesterday at the lower boundary within an hour and at the upper boundary within a day," the source said.
Uralkali is floating 10% of its charter capital. This stake could be increased, but a decision has not been made on this issue, the source said.
