Three Opposition Parties Wish to Hold Consultation with Georgian Parliament’s Speaker

The proposal made to opposition concerning the dialogue was still in force, Nino Kalandadze, the deputy chairman of the Committee on Juridical Issues, said on 8 November.

"The leader of the parliamentary group, Zurab Tkemaladze, as well as leader of the New rights group, David Gamkrelidze, and leader of the Georgian way party, Salom Zurabishvili, expressed their will to hold the dialogue.

Currently, the consultations are held by the representatives of parliamentary majority with the Speaker of the Georgian Parliament, Nino Burjanadze. Gigi Ugulava, the Georgian mayor also takes part in the consultations.
