( RTTNews ) - Syria has tentatively decided not to attend the upcoming Middle East peace conference on November 27 at Annapolis, the London-based Arab daily al-Hayat reported Thursday.
Its being speculated that the reason being due to the omission of the Golan Heights issue from the summit's agenda.
US President George Bush is expected to inaugurate the conference on Tuesday, along with Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert and Palestinian president Mahmud Abbas that would see the participation of more than 40 countries.
