Russia considers the French authorities' decision to freeze a number of bank accounts belonging to Russian companies under a lawsuit by the company Noga as hasty and not based on facts, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said.
"This situation will be settled in line with international law and our national law. It is obvious that hasty decisions apparently not based on facts have been made in this case," Lavrov told journalists following a meeting of the State Duma International Affairs Committee on Tuesday. ( Interfax )
