( dpa )- Israel launched a fresh airstrike in the central Gaza Strip Wednesday evening, targeting a car with militants and killing at least two, hospital officials said.
At least three others were wounded in the strike near the al- Bureij refugee camp, one of them seriously.
An Israeli army spokeswoman confirmed the latest attack, saying the target was a car loaded with weapons and militants.
Witnesses said the Israel Air Force fired one, then a second missile, raising the numbers of casualties.
Earlier Wednesday, three Palestinian civilians - a father, his brother and his son - were killed and five injured in an Israeli airstrike on a car in eastern Gaza City.
That strike missed its target, hitting a civilian car driving close to another transporting militants .
