The Sun claims he proposed on a romantic trip to Amsterdam and that Moss then told Dutch fans: "I'm getting married."
After being asked when the supermodel apparently said: "Soon."
Kate has previously had relationships with Johnny Depp and Pete Doherty- she also has a daughter with ex Jefferson Hack.
She has been with Hince since summer 2007 after splitting with Pete Doherty because he cheated with another woman.
