( dpa ) - Actress Lindsay Lohan has been slapped with a 55,000 dollar lawsuit by a man who claims the actress never paid him while he was her bodyguard, People magazine reported Tuesday.
In the lawsuit filed Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court, David Kim claimed he was hired by the star at a rate of 4,000 dollars per week for 24-hour service - but never got paid. He claimed that he accompanied Lohan, 21, to industry events, protected her from fans and paparazzi, and paid tips to staff and valets without being reimbursed.
Kim said he worked for Lohan from October 2006, to March 2007, and was owed more than 55,000 dollars in unpaid wages.
