The Dell Vostro 1310 comes with a 13.3-inch display and the prices start at just $749. If you're willing to go for a slightly larger unit, the Dell Vostro 1510 with its 15-inch display start at just $599. For people who want a laptop that is even bigger, there is the 17-inch Dell Vostro 1710. No price has been announced for that one just yet.
The Vostro 1310 tips the scales at 4.6 pounds, whereas the 1510 is 5.7 pounds. All new Vostro models come with slot-loading drives, fingerprint readers, McAfee Total Protection for Small Business, and something they call Trusted Platform Module 1.2 for data protection.
