magnitude 6.0 earthquake shook Indonesia and East Timor on Saturday, the US
Geological Survey in Washington said.
The quake centered in Kepulauan Barat Daya, Indonesia, about 88 kilometres north of Dili, East Timor came at 12:12 pm (0312 GMT) at a depth of 11.7 kilometres, said the centre that monitors earthquakes worldwide.
