The European Union on Tuesday agreed to sign a key document paving the way for Serbia's possible future membership of the bloc, a spokesman for Slovenian Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel said.
Agreement on Serbia's Stabilization and Association Agreement (SAA) was reached by EU foreign ministers meeting in Luxembourg, reported the dpa.
