World Community United on Iranian Nuclear Program: US Secretary of State
Condoleezza Rice, the US Secretary of State, stated that the US high-ranking diplomat's participation in the next talks with Iran testifies the unity of the world community on the issue of Tehran's nuclear program, Russian Service of Radio Liberty "СВОБОДА" reported.
The talks with the participation of William Burns, the US Deputy Secretary of State, Javier Solana, a senior representative of the European Union and Said Jalili, an Iranian representative, will be take place in Geneva on 19 July.
Earlier, the United States avoided their representatives' participation in direct talks with Iran. Diplomatic relations were broken off between Iran and the United States in 1979.
