Prime Minister Vladimir Putin of Russia has sent a message to Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan and offered his condolences following Sunday nights twin bombing in Istanbul, reported Worldbulletin.
In his message, Prime Minister Putin expressed his profound sorrow over killing of a number of people in the double explosions.
He condemned the ruthless acts of terror, and offered his condolences to those who lost their beloved ones in the attacks.
Seventeen people were killed and 115 others were injured when two bombs placed in rubbish canisters in one of Istanbul's busy residential areas, went off on Sunday night.
