Afghanistan, Kabul, 6 November / corr Trend A Hakimi / This morning (6 November) a roadside bomb targeting Badakhshan governor has killed one civilian and wounded five others, said Zmary Bashari with Trend news over a telephone. The bomb exploded when Governor Munshi Abdul Majid was going home after visiting the Baharak district, border to the capital Faisabad. A passing Town Ace minibus suffered the blast, said spokesman for the governor. He added that one passenger of the minibus killed and five wounded in this incident. |
According to the spokesman, the governor escaped save and sound from the blast, but two of his colleagues suffered minor injuries.
