North Korea says it will ban South Koreans from crossing the border for joint projects beginning next month, accusing its neighbor of seeking confrontation, CNN reported.
The North's official Korean Central News Agency said Wednesday that the country's military had taken action to "cut off all the overland passages" across the border beginning December 1.
