The Secretary General of NATO, Mr. Jaap de
Hoop Scheffer will participate in the Fall session of the NATO Parliamentary
Assembly (NPA) in Valencia on Tuesday 18th November, where he will give a
keynote address, according to NATO press release.
The Secretary General will also meet with the Georgian President, Mr. Mikhail
Saakashvili.
