The decision of Supreme Court on adoption of two children from an Azerbaijani family by a homosexual family in Dutch town of Laxey was protested by Azerbaijani people living in this country, Turkish Cihan news agency reported.
They use all civil means to change the decision, Elhan Eshgin, chairman of Cultural Society Azerbaijan-Turkey, said to press conference. Adoption of children by a homosexual family contradicts Azerbaijani mentality, Eshgin said.
The court stated that the children suffered violence in the family, bringing the wounds on children's bodies as the evidence. For this reason the children were given to a homosexual family's trusteeship. Actually, wounds on children's bodies appeared by falling from stairs, Eshgin said.
