Leader of the Hamas political bureau, Khaled Mashal, said from his home in Syria that the organization is willing to sign a ceasefire agreement with Israel on the same conditions as 6 months ago, the Turkish Cihan news agency reported.
"We are willing to sign a ceasefire agreement that forsees the elimination of embargo, the openining of border checkpoints, including Rafah, and the withdrawal of Israeli troops," Mashal said.
