UN Secretary General and Israel’s President met to discuss the Gaza war
Israeli President Shimon Peres and Secretary-General Ban-Ki-Moon met in Jerusalem to discuss Gaza-Israel war.
During the meeting Ban urged Peres to stop killing in Gaza and it should immediately be stopped because of the rising number of civilians over the 20 days of war.
At a dinner at the residence of Israeli President Shimon Peres, Ban said he understood that "Israel will make an important decision on a cease-fire" today. "I hope it will be the right one," the UN chief said.
