Four Russian citizens injured in crash in Uganda
The Russian ambassador to Uganda confirmed that at least four passengers in the Il-76 air freighter that crashed recently were Russian citizens, the Sinxua news agency reported.
The plane crashed into Victoria Lake and sank after taking off from Entebbe International Airport.
Roughly 11 people may have been on board.
The embassy specified that an Il-76 crashed.
The plane was flying from Kampala to Somali to transport freight for Ugandan peacemakers.
