Austrian Josef Fritzl, who kept his daughter in a cellar and fathered her seven children, has been convicted and sentenced to life imprisonment, reported BBC.
Fritzl, 73, was found guilty of all charges against him, including rape, incest, murder and enslavement.
Earlier, he told the court that he regretted "from the bottom of my heart what I've done to my family".
He will serve his sentence in a secure psychiatric facility, according to recommendations by a court doctor.
