Six people were found murdered at home Friday afternoon in Beijing's Daxing district, said municipal police Saturday, Xinhua reported.
The six people, including two children, who were killed by knife, were a family of three generations, according to a statement from Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau.
A younger brother of a victim phoned the family and failed to contact them for several days. He called the police after finding the bodies at the home.
The police has identified a suspect and is probing further into the case, said the statement which gave no further details.
