Carles Puyol is not in danger of missing Spain's semi-final clash with Germany in Durban on Wednesday despite being substituted in his side's quarter-final victory over Paraguay, coach Vicente del Bosque said Saturday, dpa reported.
Puyol was replaced six minutes from time at Ellis Park in Johannesburg after complaining of blurred vision, the Spain coach revealed.
"He momentarily lost his vision but felt better on the bench so I don't think he'll have any trouble being fit for the next match," said Del Bosque. dpa gb mis Author: George Burns
