Zsa Zsa Gabor back in hospital
Just two days after returning home following hip replacement surgery, Zsa Zsa Gabor was readmitted to the hospital Friday, dpa reported.
The cause for the 93-year-old's hospitalization was not known, the Los Angeles Times reported.
Gabor was released late Wednesday nearly three weeks after the operation and taken to her villa in Bel Air.
She suffered injuries when she fell from her bed while answering the phone in July. Since a stroke in 2005, Gabor has been mostly confined to a wheelchair or her bed.
Gabor's husband Frederic Prinz von Anhalt, 67, told the German Press Agency dpa this week that her release was postponed several times due to problems, including a final infection that had to be cleared up.
Gabor is best remembered for acting in the 1950s classics such as Lili and Touch of Evil, and for her several high-profile husbands including hotel magnate Conrad Hilton and Oscar-winning actor George Sanders.
Von Anhalt, Gabor's seventh husband, withdrew his candidacy as an independent for governor of California in November elections, in consideration of the needs of his wife
