Liverpool forward Dirk Kuyt was on Monday ruled out of the Netherlands' Euro 2012 qualifier at home to Finland because of a shoulder problem, dpa reported.
The 30-year-old suffered the injury while attempting a bicycle kick in training today.
"I think he might be out for a few weeks," said Netherlands coach Bert van Marwijk.
Kuyt flew back to Liverpool on Monday for further treatment and assessment.
