A bull gored a woman to death Thursday at a Spanish bull run spectacle, emergency services said.
The 48-year-old victim was a spectator who had come to watch men run alongside bulls in Arganda del Rey near Madrid, dpa reported.
She leant through bars forming a protective wall to see better, when one of the bulls then gored her in the neck, killing her instantly.
Police were investigating whether the spectacle met security norms.
Five people have been killed at Spanish bull spectacles - other than bullfights - so far this year.
