The Azerbaijani Gas Processing Plant has prepared the design estimates for the reconstruction works in the fourth shop, the Ecology Management of the Sate Oil Company of the Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) reported. The plant is in the balance of SOCAR.
The design estimates have been prepared to reconstruct the technology furnace in the fractionation department and the hot water basin in the water circulation area.
The work was included in the list of environmental projects developed by the plant together with the SOCAR Research Design Institute within the framework of improving the environmental situation and environmental protection.
The other project aimed at protecting the atmosphere and the aquatic environment from pollution, is a project on reconstruction of the plant's flare system and construction of three reservoirs and treatment facilities (two volume with a capacity of 3,000 cubic meters each and a volume with a capacity of 1,000 cubic meters) in the tank farm.
