Bolivian President Evo Morales said Wednesday in Tehran that the United States' imperialism would soon be destroyed, ISNA news agency reported
"Bolivia will support all states fighting against the US imperialism and with the cooperation of revolutionary countries, the US imperialism would soon be destroyed," ISNA quoted Morales as saying in a speech to the Iranian parliament.
The Iranian deputies supported the Bolivian president's remarks with standing ovations and shouted, "Death to the US," ISNA said.
"Our people have been victims of imperialists for many years but now we are all willing to sacrifice our blood to fight them," Morales said, DPA reported.
The Bolivian president called Iran the standard bearer of the anti-US front, and said that his country would need Tehran's cooperation in all fields.
Morales arrived in Iran on Sunday night to strengthen political and economic cooperation.
