A suicide bomber detonated an explosives-laden motorbike Wednesday in a crowded Kabul market, killing two people and injuring at least three others, a spokesman for the Interior Ministry said, dpa reported.
The blast occurred during morning rush hour in Serahyee Alaudin in the west of the city, ministry spokesman
Zamarai Bashary said.
The bomber rammed his motorbike into a minibus but it was not known who the occupants of the vehicle were, he said.
Last month, two suicide bombers ambushed an army bus in the eastern outskirts of Kabul, killing five army personnel and injuring nine others.
