Russia and Germany have signed an agreement on the activity of cultural and information centers, the country's foreign ministers Sergei Lavrov and Guido Westerwelle said after talks Friday, RIA Novosti reported.
"I am convinced the agreement will be to the benefit of the Russian and German nations," Lavrov said.
The agreement is designed for five years and is automatically extended for five-year periods unless any of the parties wishes to discontinue it.
