A man in the US state of Ohio went on a shooting spree Sunday, killing seven people before being shot by police, reportedly after a family row, news reports said.
The man was killed in a gunbattle with police following the shooting in Copely Township. An 11-year-old child was among the dead, Cleveland-based WJW television reported.
Two people were injured, one critically, the report said.
The shooting followed an argument at a house in the township, some 10 kilometres from the city of Akron. Five people were gunned down at the house, while the bodies of two more victims were found in nearby streets, DPA reported.
