At a press conference held jointly with Philippe Lefort, European Union Special Representative (EUSR) for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia, Armenian FM Edward Nalbandian expressed hope that a mandate to negotiate the facilitation of visa requirements between Armenia and the European Union will be given before the Eastern Partnership summit in Warsaw this year, Tert.am reported.
The sides discussed Armenia-EU relations, Eastern Partnership project and associated membership. Minister Nalbandian said that an Armenia-EU trade program is to be developed.
