The strike took place in Miranshah Bazaar, in the town of Miranshah, in the North Waziristan region on Tuesday morning.
Relations between Islamabad and Washington have soured over the attacks, which have not been sanctioned by the UN. Pakistan insists that the airstrikes by the remotely-controlled, unmanned aircraft violate its sovereignty.
Washington claims the attacks target militants, although casualty figures indicate that the aerial bombings have led to the loss of Pakistani civilians, too.
The US military has carried out more than 60 drone strikes in Pakistan so far this year, an AFP report says.
On Monday, activists from Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf (PTI) held a rally on Bannu-Mir Ali Road in North Waziristan to protest against the US drone attacks. Protester blocked the road for several hours.
