Suicide bomber kills five policemen in Russia's Caucasus
A female suicide bomber has killed at least five policemen in the republic of Dagestan in Russia's Caucasus region, the Interfax news agency reported on Tuesday, DPA reported.
The bomber blew herself up at a police station.
Gunmen then entered the station and opened fire on policemen who were wounded in the attack, Interfax said.
Islamist insurgents in the Caucasus region are seeking independence from Moscow.
